1. Order Processing Time

 

 

  • All orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom jewellery or ring-setting orders may take 7–10 business days depending on the design and gemstone selected.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

 

 


 

 

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

 

 

  • We offer free standard shipping across India for all prepaid orders.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, or India Post Speed Service.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

 

 


 

 

3. International Shipping

 

 

  • We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on customs clearance in your country.

  • Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

 


 

 

4. Packaging & Insurance

 

 

  • Every gemstone or jewellery piece is securely packed and sealed in a tamper-proof box.

  • All shipments are fully insured until delivered to your address.

  • We request customers to check the parcel before accepting delivery. In case of visible damage, please do not accept the package and inform us immediately.

 

 


 

 

5. Tracking Your Order

 

 

  • You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp update once your order is shipped, along with a tracking link.

  • If your tracking number isn’t active within 48 hours, please contact us at support@ratnavedagems.com or WhatsApp us.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors like weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

7. Lost or Missing Packages
